1) SELECT A FABULOUS M.O.H (Maid of Honour)
2) ENSURE your fiance chooses HIS fabulous BEST MAN
*Points #1 & #2 can't be stressed in more stressful ways, hence the extensive use of capitalisation.
3) Always consult both sets of parents
- Your parents have been paying summons for the longest time, please consider their feelings. Although we know it's your wedding, do your best to include them, and even though its hard, just figure out a way for them to think their making a decision.
Most parents LOVE their children forever, so it's natural for them to feel the need for inclusion.
4) Work out your budget, and as boring as it is, yes, keep to it.
- 'Budget' - The most singular word in the English Dictionary, created by MANkind to piss the MANY (I believe is Plural) women.
5) Delegate and anticipate
- Have a little trust in YOUR decision to delegate the jobs, and let the chips fall where they may.
6) Decide, not dally
- As much as you think 6 months is alot of time, you've ALREADY run out of time. Go back to point No. #4, and make your decisions based on that figure.
7) Leave it to the pro's
- Again, go back to point No. #5 and just let the pro's love their jobs.
8) Mentally prepare yourself for the ride of your life
- Yes, we hope it's a one-in-a-lifetime event (honestly, I do), so if you wake up that morning with a pimple on your forehead, you know that everything can't always work out as perfect as that pimple.
Stomach the imperfections, and the day will imperfectly turn out just the way you (or pimple) wanted it to be.
